2. If yes, what is the exact percentage of Dimethiconol (or any silicone) in the formula?

Volume Shampoo Product Change
Retailers have no idea about the products you offer for sale.
I have been using Volume shampoo & conditioner for so long I cant remember anything else but well over a decade. The product has changed its composition.
It is not the same. It is being sold as the same item but it is not the same!
Now the label reads Amplified Volume, Collegen infusion.
Is it a replacement? Its not the same product with new packaging.
What is the explanation? Photo attached show the Original Volume and the new Amplified Volume.
Shown clearly as 2 different products.

I purchased this bottle of shampoo, and as I started using it, I noticed that the product was not coming out. So, I removed the cap of the bottle and started using the product, but again, I noticed that there was a blockage.
I kept squeezing, and to my surprise, a tampon came out of the bottle. I decided that I would not use the product again, and as I was about to discard it, I decided to remove the remainder of the shampoo from the bottle. But then, I noticed that there was still something inside.
So, I kept squeezing, only to find that there was another tampon in the bottle, and this time, this one had something black in it. I was so traumatized and disturbed by what I had discovered.

Preferred solution: I would like to be compensated for the full refund plus the trauma I experienced when I found those two tampons in my shampoo because I was using that shampoo in my hair and God know what was in that tampon.

I called about these two products. I told the representative that, in my opinion, they had changed and no longer held like they always have.
She agreed with me and said they had indeed changed their product. I told her I didn't like it because it doesn't work. She asked me to send her pictures and UPC codes from both products, which I did, and she said she would send me coupons for replacements, which she didn't. I have two of each that don't work.
I never heard anything more from her. This new product, with the gold sparkles on the front, doesn't work.

I did that plus I gave all of the numbers to the representative over the phone I sent them to the email she sent me, on the same day She was going to send me coupons to replace this product with my old, reliable product She did check on this new product & said there had been changes made I have not received ANY correspondence OR coupons. Can you help me ? Thank you

The mousse doesnt hold, the hair spray doesnt hold. Its a completely different product. This product ALWAYS held my style but, not anymore PLEASE give us back the old tresseme products

Defective product
I have had two mega size aerosol hairspray extra hold bottles sprayers stop working in mid spray and continue to be defective with nozzle adjustments. Note the nozzle is not clogged, they simply just stopped working wasting my money, time with trying to fix the nozzle and irritation without having hairspray to use. The one bottle was 1/2 full the other was only used for two work mornings.

Faulty product
Bought TRESemme' extra hold hairspray hold 4 1.5 and the sprayer won't spray and I absolutely love this hairspray... the smell and that it holds hair and it doesn't make hair stiff. But I had plans and imagine how annoyed I was that I just went and wasted time and money and now my hair is going to be jacked before I get there lol

Fragrance issue
If TREsemme would revamp their scent, Id be a regular consumer. They have some good, affordable salon quality products, but honestly, they stink!
If it is as simple as changing a scent, it doesnt seem like that big of a deal, says the girl from corporate America who knows all about change processes. They seriously needs to ditch the old timers scent with something fresh and relaunch their products branding the new fragrance. I discussed this with my hair dresser and she said I have a client who uses TREsemme products and when she walks through the door, I can smell her hair and it is awful.
Everyone who takes care of their hair wants it to smell fresh, not like an old *** stain covered with a fragrance and thats how I feel about it. I dont know what sales are like for this company but until they revamp the smell, no beauticians will be recommending it and thats for sure, nor will I!
